What Causes Pain While Passing Urine After Drinking Red Bull?

i had sex last friday which was 7 days ago i have been drinking a lot of red bull because of work but this friday i had to pee and it stung well it has continued and it still hurts to pee also after i pee stings near the tip almost like im trying to pass a kidney stone what could this be
