What Causes Pain While Urinating After Piles Surgery?

Hi doctors I am 33 year old male who operated piles six days ago...today I am feeling extreme pain with urinating and urine stream is also very thin....it seems the catheter used at the time of surgery caused injury to urethra....i contacted the surgeon and he inserted a small catheter for seven days and advised to consult a urologist...what i should do now

It is due to reaction commonly seen after piles operation..it subsides in a month after the piles surgery wound heals..because of that pain u cpleaseant pass urine..if problem persists go for investigation ivp..to ruleout any sticture due to ur injury due to catheterisation..hope iam helpful
