What Causes Pain While Urinating And While Having Erection?

Last week both my husband and i were tested for std. he was having discharge and pain after urinating. we were both giving a single dose. a shot in the er and i was given ointment. however our test results came back negative. he is no longer having discharge but he is still have some moderate pain on occasion after urination and when he get an erection. can you tell me what this may be

* Your husband is possibly having prostatitis condition affecting minor urethral discharge, dyspareunia.
