What Causes Pain While Urinating With Negative UTI?

My 11 year old daughter has pain when trying to urinate, burning when she urinates and urgency to urinate. Her labs just came back and she tested negative for a UTI. The pediatrician said to discontinue the antibiotic and watch for constipation but that is not the case. What other avenues should I pursue?

Hai,

kidney stones which may be the common cause for the pain if the Urine culture is negative.
May be stone may lodged in between the urinary bladder and external urethral orifice (opening). Kindly do a ultrasound to rule out for renal stone.
