What Causes Pain While Urinating With Swelling In Labia Minor?

My labia minora on the right side has suddenly gotten swollen and is itchy. It also hurts after I urinate while I'm wiping. There is no discharge and it doesn't hurt or itch anywhere else. What in he world could this be? Should I see my obgyn right away or give it a few days?

Urologist 's  Response
Hi.
pain while urinating...rule out urinary tract infection. Get urine routine and culture done to rule out UTI.
Secondly swelling over left side of labia minora...did u have rough sex or did u get hurt by any means over the perineum. It could be hematoma or swelling due to infection...may be abscess. Kindly visit gynaecologist or surgeon for confirmation.
