General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my surgical experience, the issue with pain while urinating may be related to gravels in the urinary system or else.

The swollen throat sounds separate entity with possible tonsil or adenoid enlargement.

Kindly consult your family doc for basic evaluation and precise care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
