What Causes Pain While Urinating?

Hi for the past months when I come on my period. I have excruciating pain especially when I have to pee and when it start slowing down it hurts so bad I qrinch I Can't move I can't call for help it feels like it wanna burst, my left side hirts so bad even now while I'm lying on the couch sometimes I feel light headed what could this be help me

The pain you described may be due to a stone in the urinary
tract system(uereter, kidney etc).

However, a Physical examination is mandatory to assess this
since there are variety of other causes that needs to be ruled out.

You may need a complete urine examination, ultrasound of abdomen/pelvis.
