What Causes Pain While Urinating?

I am currently on Brevinor / Noromin pill, which is great for controlling bleeding etc. However, I still have pain while urinating and going to the toilet when I have my period. I strain to go to the toilet that bad sometimes, I feel like Im going to vomit, if I have recently eaten. Can you help?

Pain while urinating indicates underlying urinary infection with or without underlying pelvic inflammatory condition.

Proper hydration maintenance with necessary urinary alkaliser, antibiotic will recover the issue best.
