What Causes Pain While Urination And Lower Right Back Pain?

I had a uti and I left it go untreated. I didn't think it was so severe because it was unlike any other I have ever had. I have a full bladder everytime I pee (every hour) and sometimes it hurts to pee but sometimes it doesn't. Now I'm having back pains in my lower right back. These pains are horrible when I'm in a car or sitting straight up. What could this be?

Thanks for query .

Frequent episodes of UTI with pain in back is most likely to be due to presence of stone in the kidney or spasm of the back muscles and needs to be investigated .

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis

Take antibiotic like Ciprofloxacin with anti spasmodic like Spamo Proxyvon twice daily
.
Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
