I am Dr.Endri Katro and I will be answering at your questions. The symptoms that you describe correlates with an urinary tract infection.

You should do an urine test to confirm the diagnose and an ultrasound of your urinary tract.

Depending from the results, the doctor will prescribe the right medicine for you.

Meanwhile here are some tips to help your body heal faster:
-have plenty of water
-fresh fruits and vegetables
-don't hold your urine for long
-chamomile tea or rose tea 1 or 2 cups each day
-ibuprofen 400 mg twice per day for the pain.

Wish you good health.
