What Causes Painful And Itchy Skin Lesions On The Hands And Legs?

For two weeks I have been having painful not itchy skin lesions coming up on me legs and hands, and this is always accompanied by a hugely swollen elbow, painful and it becomes unmovable and my achilles tendons in both legs becomes so tender I have to take little baby steps, my dr, is now treating me for a bacterial infection, the elbow swelling has gone down, the hand lesions are multiplying as are the leg lesions. The dr. told me they were bites, they are not, they only come with the other things
