Hi..

Welcome to healthcare magic.

As per your complain you have problem of more mucus in stool and pain that may be because of parasitic infection like giardia or other problems.

Ulcerative colitis may lead to string stool problem.
Alternatively constipation and diarrhea is present than think about irritable bowel syndrom.

Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Stool examination test is helpful to detect any infection present or not..
Blood test to rule out a celiac disease.
Detail history and investigation give exact idea about problems.
