What Causes Painful Bump On The Buttock?

im getting freaked out.i have a pain in my buttcrack when i sit on it. but i feel a bump coming in.ive been doing some research and first a thought it was a cyst but it wasnt because its painless.so is it a tumor?please help.if you dont know should i get it checked out?im 15 years old.

I really appreciate your concern, looking to your age it may be nonspecific feeling and it may not be cyst, neither it is the tumor, try to forget about that, on just because of your weird nonspecific feeling nothing could be said for sure, the only option is there is to go for clinical examination after that only it can be said about what your are feeling, hope this information helps.
