What Causes Painful Burning Sensation Inside The Right Upper Arm?

I have a painful burning sensation inside my right upper arm. It is not a muscle pull or strain, I have had those, it feels like a nerve is being pinched. I also have a very bad sinus infection that I was in the hospital for on Monday. Could these be related?

Hello,

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated.
