What Causes Painful Diarrhea And Severe Fatigue?

I am a 51 year old female who, for the last two weeks, has had burning, painful diarrhea, accompanied by strong urges to push - similar to labor contractions - abdominal pain below the navel, sometimes sharp, disabling fatigue, and low appetite. I am usually constipated, so this is unusual for me. The diarrhea seems to happen soon after eating. So I'm afraid to eat.

By chronic diarrhea electrolyte lost and so weakness felt

Get treated for diarrhea by Ofloxacin plus Ornidazole combination course for five days

Avoid excess spicy foods

Fruits taken more

Cooked oatmeal help in soothing stomach

Before starting antibiotic stool routine micro examination and occult blood test done

ORS also should be taken with water

If no improvement than will think further
