Hello welcome to HealthcareMagic.

I can understand your concern. As per your history, As you have severe pain in flank region and you are able to move from bed, so cause most probably renal stone. other causes may be UTI, cystitis, bladder stone, injury or blunt trauma. Kindly do ultrasound abdomen and pelvis, urine routine and urine culture sensitivity. Drink lot of fluids. You can take tab. buscopam plus tab. paracetamol, syp. disodium hydrogen citrate 10 ml. Kindly consult with urologist with report.

Take care.
