i was snowboarding and hit my head , blacked out for a few seconds , had blurry vision for about and hour , but my head still hurts my neck, back and chest hurt and i feel sick . should i wait , and see if i feel better tommorrow before seein a doctor

Hi,

Immediately visit emergency room.

It shouldn't be ignored.

There the doctor will do your phys examination and act accordingly.

He may advise you CT scan or MRI scan depending upon your phr examination.
