What Causes Painful Hemorrhoids And Constipation?

My period came 10-11 Days early and I have the biggest most painful protruding hemorrhoid. I am 36 mother of 3, I have only ever had hemorrhoids when pregnant, constipated or from straining. I am not pregnant, no chance, I am not constipated nor have I been straining. I would like to note that I had quite a bit of bleeding and clotting during this very heavy and very early period. I am assuming there is an underlying cause that s responsible for these two oddities, I just don t know what the cause might be as its none of the usual suspects. I want to take care of the problem by addressing the cause. Both are very odd and seem to have no explaination but of course there is an explaination, any ideas? Thanks so much Angelab
