What Causes Painful Knees While Walking?

Hello Sir, My Mother s age is 51 year, She was the patient of Hepatitis but after complete course of injection she recovered from Hepatitis. On one day regular visit to Hepatitis Dr. he said to my mother that lose wait while walking and she stared for one week but after that she was feeling severe pain in her knees. When we got x-ray report knees then Dr. said you knees bone gap reduce specially inner side. She also have wait of 120kg. Please suggest me any solution to reduce knees pain and wait????

Treatment of it is Diacerine, glucosamine and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. For weight loss she should avoid fried and fatty foods and exercises specially walking should be done.
