What Causes Painful Legs And Difficulty Walking?

Why do my leg bones throb and when I walk it feels like I am walking through mud all the time? I can no longer walk long distances and have always been active working with horses and walking my dog. I am 59 and female and attending slimming classes as overweight.

The described suffering could be because of osteoporosis and needs supplements like vitamin D and B12.You may take bisphosphonate drugs like zoledronic ,your local pharmacist /GP might know about them.
