What Causes Painful Lump On Shin And Numbness In Foot?
I have a painful lump on my shin following an accident 9 days ago. I fell and hit my shin really hard and had a huge lump come up. The bruising has gone down my leg and to my foot. My foot starts going numb if i elevate it. Although the lump in my shin has reduced, it is still really painful.

I can understand your concern.
The lump you are mentioning seems to be a contusion as a result of the injury you have sustained.
I would suggest an anti inflammatory drug like tab acemiz S ( aceclofenac+paracetamol+serratiopeptidase). This will fasten the healung process and reduce the swelling.
Kindly apply cold compresses over the area.
It usually takes two weeks for such injuries to heal.
