What Causes Painful Stomach Reaction?

hi two nights ago i had a bad stomach reaction, it was painful i felt like i was going to lose concessness, so i tried to leve the bathroom,, only to fall down on the tile, the back of my head hurts, and i still feel that dizziness, please help
