What Causes Painful Stool Discharge With Blood?

I am 42 yr old male, Wt 71 kgs height 170cm. current I am facing difficult when the stool discharge. Like pain in the discharge mouth and few drop of blood also seen after stoll discharge. I bowal movment is regular ( every day morning). can you guide me

* This seems more likely to be fissure in ano condition .

* Recommendations till you consult your doctor for the confirmation of the
diagnosis :

- Drink plenty of liquids .
- Prefer high fiber diet with more green leafy veg , whole grains , cereals ,
organic fresh fruits .
- Avoidance of oily , spicy , non veg stuffs .

- No smoking , alcohol .
- Sitz bath ( sitting in tub filled with lukewarm water 5 minutes each 2
times a day and additionally after passing stool )
- Local application of Xylocaine ( 5 % ) jelly over anal part .
- Tab. ibuprofen ( 400 ) mg 3 times a day after meals with antacids .
