What Causes Painful Swelling And Tightness In The Left Knee Radiating Towards Foot?

Hi, I am a 52 year old female and currently I am having pain in left leg from right above knee down leg into the foot. It feels as if I m wearing a bandage ( but I m not), there is swelling in the knee, some in the leg area, foot has a tight feeling. There isn t any redness nor hotness. Strangely, even my arm pit area on the left side is swollen and painful. This started two days ago from no known injury. At times I feel like I can t take a full breath.

Hi,

Consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.

We have to rule out conditions like arthritis and DVT.

As of now, you can take analgesics like Tramadol for pain relief.
