What Causes Painful Tingling In Hands/feet?

I have painful tingles in my hands and feet that can last a couple of minutes to a couple of hours. My soles of the feet have also gone bright orange. I am constantly tired at the moment and am becoming increasingly forgetful (am not sure if this could be linked).

Thanks for the query.
If you are not having a cervical spondylosis, I think you are having some diabetic neuropathy. Consult a physician and check your blood sugar level.
Wish you a better health.
