hi there i have a question, when i drink alot of water i get a really sharp pain when i pee, ive been tested for a uti and stds and everything came out negative , what could it be, and what can i do? i really dont want to go see a specialist about it unless i have to

Pain while urinating can be related to many medical conditions.

I see through the query that you have already excluded UTI and STD.

So, another possible cause can be kidney stones.

I suggest doing an abdominal ultrasound for further evaluation.
