As per the information available from your side, i guess you are mostly having urinary tract infection, which could be transmitted during sex. So i would suggest you to go for urine routine and micro examination to confirm it.

If plenty of pus cells and few RBCs are present in urine, then you are suffering from UTI. So in that case, i would advise you to drink plenty of liquids, clean your private parts clean, take antibiotics after consulting a doctor and avoid sex for few days.

The most probable cause of urge to urinate and passing only a few drops with pain and fleshy red and white discharge on wiping after intercourse is indicative of vaginitis and urethritis.

I would advise you to sent the sample of the urine for culture and sensitivity before starting antibiotics to get proper reports.

I shall start you and your partner on the same antibiotics and metronidazole simultaneously and add on a single dose anti-fungal.
Additional instructions are:
No sex till get alright.
Use protection.
Drink plenty of water and oral fluids.

Check up with a Gynecologist for confirmation of the diagnosis and get an appropriate prescription of medicines.
