What Causes Painful Urination And Mucus Discharge To A 5 Year Old?

My daughter is 5 years old, for the past 5 days she is suffering with a pain while urinating.... at times had a light brownish glue/mucous like substance which came out while urinating. For the last two days she is having less pain while urinating and also the frequency has also come down.

U need to consult doctor immediately..get urine routine microscopy n culture sensitivity tests done..child will require antibiotics n sos further tests...
