What Causes Painful Urination And Tender Breasts?

I have had painful urination, lower back pain, and cramping.My right breast has also been a little tender, I have had breakthrough bleeding. I started in macrobid which I had left from my last dose a while ago. Tonight I started feeling dizzy. Does this sound like a uti?

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have urinary tract infection. Painful urination, back pain and cramping is common in urinary tract infection. You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination. If needed go for culture and sensitivity test. Then you should take antibiotics accordingly. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful. It is prescription based drug so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly. Breast tenderness is common at time of menstruation or breakthrough bleeding. No need to worry about that.
