What Causes Painful Urination With Bleeding?

For the past two days when i urintate it hurts alot alot alot and at the end i find that blood comes out which burns and doesnt stop burning but as soon as i have finished i have the sensation to go again but nothing comes out and if anything comes out it burns even more!! i cant stop the sensation of wanting to pee i cry everytime i go to the toilet

Thanks for your query
You have acute UTI and needs to get following tests done to confirm the diagnosis,
1) Routine Urine Test and Urine culture to find out organisms causing this infection and antibiotic to which they are sensitive to .
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis to rule out presence of stones in urinary system .
Please start taking broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefexime and Nitrofurantoin twice along with urine alkaliser thrice daily . Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotic as per culture report.

Ensure to drink more water keep y our urine dilute .This will help to control dysuria..
