What Causes Painful Urination With Tingling And Irritation?

I think I have a bladder infection / UTI, ive been experiencing really painful urination, and an tingling sensation when I go to the toilet, I keep frequently feeling like I need to go to the toilet and its getting in the way of my social life, its also feeling itchy and irritated down there, im scared im going to get a kidney infection because I heard you can die from it, im too stressed out! Help me out please?:(

Hello

Painful urination with tingling and irritation may be due to urinary tract infection(UTI).

You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,renal function test,ultrasound of abdomen,urine RE/ME and culture/sensitivity.

Nitrite test and leukocyte esterase test can also be done to confirm UTI.

Proper antibiotics should be based upon culture and sensitivity report.
You should drink plenty of water.You may also need to take alkalizing syrup.
