What Causes Painful Urination?

i had to pee so i held it in till my kid feel asleep about 20 mins later i finally went pee and then my back started to hurt really bad and i didnt get my period i should have had it 2 weeks ago but i am bleeding a tiny bit one dy and the next day its gone then it comes back again but not a full blown period just tiny spats of blood

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have some urinary tract infection. You should go for urine examination and take treatment accordingly. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful. If you have severe back pain then you can take ibuprofen or paracetamol to relieve pain.If you don't have period and any chance of pregnancy then you should go for pregnancy test. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
