Hello

Painful urination may be due to calculus in kidneys or ureter,UTI(urinary tract infection) etc.

You may need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,renal function test,ultrasound of abdomen,urine culture/sensitivity.
Nitrite test and leukocyte esterase test can be done for confirmation of UTI.
Ultrasound can exclude possibility of renal calculus.

You may need to take antibiotics.
You should drink plenty of water.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.

Get well soon.
Take Care
