What Causes Painful Urination?

i have pain during the urine flow , and i think ,i have fungal in urinary track, ihave taken one tablet of af 150 last night , it relives me and have less pain .but i could not sleep properly all night and i have feelings that this medicine attacts me on my heart ,is there any other fungal tablet for this pupose .have told that i should take one tablet a weak , for next 5 weaks

I have gone through your query.Your painful urination is most likely due to bacterial infection.A routine urine examination and culture should be done to rule out that.If you have signs of fungal infection you can continue the fluconazole tablet weekly once.That is usually with out any side effects in such dose.In such case i usually start empirical antibiotic therapy with norfloxacin and change it if necessary after culture report.You can have cranberry juice or barley water which helps in alkalizing urine and relieves painful urination.Hope this may help you.
