What Causes Painfully Swollen Ankle In A Diabetic Person?

I have a bad place on my Rt ankle about 1.5 by 1.5 . It was Caught between a power chair and a metal door. I am diabetic and it s taking a long time to heal.I was told to soak the foot in Epsom Salt water , but it hurts like hell to put it in the hot water, even cool water burns. Is there a topical that I can apply so it don t hurt so bad to soak it?

Hello,

This Epsum salt may reduce the inflammation after insertion into the water. Use Oxum spray twice a day for five days. Use antibiotics with painkillers medication if necessary.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
