What Causes Pains In Lower Stomach More On Left Side?

I am 62 an no health issues until now. I wake up 3 to 4 mornings a week with pains in my lower stomach, more on the left side. The longer the pain lingers, the more nausea sets in to the point of almost throwing up. I fight that feeling. This happens before I eat anything an has even happened in church causing me to leave.

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, I would like to advise that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated.

Following investigations may be helpful :-
1. Complete Blood Count ( CBC ).
2. Kidney Function Test.
3. Ultrasound of Abdomen.
4. Urine examination.

Your symptoms can be due to inflammation of the intestines or any infection of the urinary tract.

Clinical examination along with the reports of the investigations will be helpful in planning your medical management.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
