What Causes Pale Yellow And Cloudy Urine?

Hi, iam 23years old, i weigh 63kgs. i did a blood, urine test and my urine is pale yello and cloudy, there is a trace of protein, (which i wonder why), no haemoparasites seen, DTFF: n=45%, L=53%, E=02% (don't know the meaning. just have my results with me), occasional pus cells, WBC=5200/mm, and ESR=35mm in 1hr(west). Don't know wat iam sick of yet and may be from the lab results you can help tell what the problem maight be. iam not a doctor and i don't undersatnd what the above could mean.

Thanks for asking.
Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Proteins can be present in urine due to exercise or a protein rich diet.
2. Differential total leukocyte count is normal
3. Occasional pus cells is insignificant.
4. Cloudy urine maybe due to infection or stone. Get a urine culture done. If you associated abdominal pain, an ultrasound to evaluate for any cause is necessary.
