What Causes Palpitations And Anxiety?
ramipril,
my husband is 5"7 weight now about 227, after losing about 35 lbs. has come off ramipril , after taking about 3 1/2 wks. previous on metformin, for about a years . he is 59 yrs . He has had many of the side effects , but the anxious, nervousness and racing heart come and goes mostly at night and in the morning . How long should this be lasting he is on no medication now. thank you,

Ramipril has no effect on the heart rate, my recommendation would be for a Holter monitor to evaluate the symptoms of a racing heart.
