What Causes Palpitations, Minor Cough And Shortness Of Breath In Elderly Women?

Hi, I am a 70 years old female. Shortness of breath, palpitations started 2 months ago. Minor cough I never had before. I had chest pain, pain in my jaw about 6 weeks ago. I just don't feel well. Shortness of breath upon exertion and while not moving. I'm exhausted. My sister, age 61, just died from arrhythmogenic dysplasia. What do you think? Many thanks.

Hello,
I think that you need some testing done on your heart. The symptoms you describe could be angina or from another form of heart disease. See your doctor immediately and get a referral to a cardiologist for evaluation and testing.
