What Causes Panic Attacks And Anxiety?
So I have been having panic attacks and anxiety attacks and I am like 98% sure that I have an anxiety disorder but I want to be sure. I often worry myself in to panic attack and something small and set me off like a surprise test or if I forget a paper or anything small. Do I have anxiety? Or a panic disorder?
