Hi Dr. At the moment i am taking Remeron and Neuril tablets 1 each at night and Neuril also in the mornings 1 tablet. I felt dizziness, panic attacks, anxiety and very strong heart palpitations. Can you please tell me if those tablets may have done those side effects in my body? Please recommend me what can i do?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

No, all the symptoms you are currently experiencing are not caused by Remeron neither from Neuril. But due to primary diagnosis for which they have been prescribed.

On the contrary, these medications will help ease and reduce these panic attacks. Perhaps you need to get back to your doctor, get your condition rechecked, and perhaps you might need to change therapy. Discuss this further with your caring doctor.

Hope my answer was helpful. If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

All the best.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
