What Causes Partner To Get Cold, Flu, Spots And Tiredness After Sex?

I hope you can help me. This has been a problem i have noticed for many years. After sex with someone, they seem to end up feeling unwell. Cold and flu like symtoms, spots, tiredness and aches. I am 100% certain that i pass something onto them and i dont know what. I have been checked for HIV and has come back negative. I have been to GUM clinics and again, all back clear. But i know something is wrong. What could it be?
