Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This is heavy infection with systemic manifestations. You need to get evaluated by your doctor for basic parameters. You also need to do necessary lab tests.

Guidelines till then for better outcome are:

- Drink plenty of liquids to maintain hydration.
- Prefer soft, light diet.
- Heating pad application at lower back will help.
- Sitz bath (sitting in tub filled with lukewarm water for 5 minutes each 2 times a day) will help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
