What Causes Passing Of Blood During Bowel Movement?

Doctor, I am 28yrs old, from past 4 days, blood comes while passing motion. It can cured by tablet or any other food product which make body cool (eg. tender coconut, lemon juice etc.) OR I need to get operated with no other option. Pl. help, Thanks in advance.

Don't panic first.This problem is very common now a days.First,if it is the first tym and is associated with fever-might be infection.If it is a recurring one-think of piles (most common)-due to excess junk food.if at all it is due to infection-medicines are enough.for piles,if early we can cure it conservatively,if not surgery is needed-very simple one.there are other causes but these two are common.
