What Causes Pasty White Vaginal Discharge?

Hello I need some help! I have had a pasty white vaginal discharge off and on for 3 months now. I have been tested for stds, yeast infection, bv, treated with diflucan, metrodonizole, taken apple cider vinegar baths, nothing is helping me! I am so embarassed and frustrated. There is no smell or discomfort.
