General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to sciatic pain. I suggest to do an abdominal ultrasound and a nerve function test for further evaluation. Meanwhile,I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain. I also suggest warm compresses at the pelvic area to help with the contractions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
