What Causes Pelvic Cramps After Urination?

I have pelvic cramps (kinda feel like contractions) after I pee and feel like I have to pee often. But the symptoms come and go: Get stronger then weaker. It doesnt hurt while I pee, just after. There is some spotting sometimes but not all the time. Started 48 hours ago.

I think you are suffering a UTI.
You should do a uroculture to see for infection and the right antibiotic that works for you.
