What Causes Pelvic Cramps, Irregular Bleeding And Clots While Having Fibroids?

I am a 43 y.o. female with finroids. I have a family history of cancer (both sides). Breast, uterine, lung, you name it. I had my period 7/14-19/17 and began cramping, bleeding and clotting again 7/28/17 and I still am. I have no health insurance (waiting for disability) and I am scared. I don t know what to do.

Hello,

I think this increased menstrual flux comes from fybrinoids. It is less likely to be caused by cancer despite your family history.

You should do an ultrasound and also a total blood count and formula to check for anemia.

Taking the count of your increased bleeding and the results of these tests will help your doctor decide the treatment options.

The treatment may consist of fybromyomectomy or even hysterectomy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
