What Causes Penis Pain And Urinary Incontinence?

For the past few months I have this mild pain in my penis. After I pee I drip a lot and I doesn t stop for a long time. I had tests done and they came back negative. I also had a scan of my balls and it came back negative. Do you know what this can be?

Hello and welcome to HCM. your symptoms are quite common among some men. apart from routine urine tests and culture, urodynamic evaluation, including peak flow rate,and ultrasound scan of abdomen and pelvis,and kidney function tests with blood sugar is required. your reports must be seen by a urologist, who'll advice you accordingly.
