What Causes Penis Pain During Urination?

Hi Doctor,
I have pain in pensih vain when I am going toileting . 2 day ago I did masterbation & after that this issue start & also some different white peel errajected self in small amount , I am sure that is not symen .becauae its color & smell different .
So please advise how to control my pain as well this type of desease ..

* I recommend to drink plenty of liquids, take cranberry sachet in drinking water, vitamin c supplements to recover faster.
